Attorney Profile
Daneil Marie McAuliffe, L.H.C.R.M., B.S.N., J.D.

Florida Attorney: Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Lawyer
Daneil’s education, training, and experience as a critical care nurse, hospital risk manager, and medical malpractice attorney provide insight in the evaluation, preparation, and presentation of malpractice cases against hospitals, physicians, nurses, other health care providers, and their insurers. Daneil never lost sight of her role as the patient’s advocate. After more than a decade of defending healthcare providers, Daneil joined H. Dennis Rogers, P.A., to use her talents to assist patients injured by negligent health care providers. As a nurse, Daneil McAuliffe worked in critical care units and emergency rooms at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Shands Hospital in Gainesville, the V.A. Medical Center in Gainesville, and St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg. She continued working as a nurse through law school and, upon graduating, embarked on a legal career as an attorney focusing on medical and nursing neglect issues.
“As a critical care nurse, risk manager, and a medical malpractice attorney, I have continued to be a patient advocate, promoting quality of care.”
Throughout her career, Daneil has strived to ensure that healthcare providers and healthcare facilities provide their patients with quality care. To achieve that end, she worked as the risk manager of Manatee Memorial Hospital. She also teaches Legal Aspects of Health Services Administration as an adjunct professor of graduate studies. In addition, Daneil has numerous publications and presentations regarding medical, legal, ethical, and risk management issues, including the following:
